This 6" by 9" steno book is gregg-ruled and has a spiral top so it can lie flat when open. 80 pages of 70# Bright White paper with 60 pt Super Duty Chipboard covers.
Note: Originally used for shorthand (that's why there is a line down the middle of the page) steno pads were designed to shorten the time it took for the hand to travel across the page when starting a new line of notes. The inside cover of the Steno Book displays a guide to shorthand just for fun.
