Original linocut print, printed by hand in rich black ink and hand colored with watercolor in Eureka Springs, Ar. A bear gazes up at the star Polaris. Ursa minor (also recognized as the Little Dipper) is a constellation in the northern sky named by the Greeks.

How the print is made:
This is a linocut of an original piece of art. The design is carved into the lino and prints are pulled individually using traditional hand-burnishing techniques. Due to the variations in pressure and ink, each print is truly unique and may be slightly different from the photographed example. Colors may also vary slightly.
